Each plan covers an entire property across all 8 departments (front desk, bell staff, restaurant/bar, housekeeping, concierge, spa, security, and maintenance): daily practice on a lean web-based platform, the HR dashboard, and CEFR certificates. The plan is billed per property, not per person: you can add and remove anyone within your band at no extra charge — with the turnover hospitality runs at, that matters. The placement exam is not billed at all: it is free for your whole team.

The Essential and Professional plans are monthly, with no lock-in — cancel anytime. If you prefer annual billing, you pay 10 months instead of 12. The Enterprise plan (chains and groups) is quoted with an annual contract and defined case by case. The placement exam is free and requires no obligation.

A CEFR-aligned placement test (A1 to B2) for every employee at the property, scored by position rather than by generic grammar, with no contract and no obligation. You keep the results whether or not you subscribe. Daily practice and the HR dashboard start with a paid plan.

In US dollars, per property, from Diego Lujan Studio LLC, a Texas company. Canadian properties are billed in USD as well. Monthly or annual, no setup fee, no per-employee charge, nothing for the placement test. For groups, the invoice is consolidated and itemized by property, so corporate pays and reconciles in one place.
