How does HR measure staff English progress?
The Inglés Hotelero dashboard shows in real time each employee’s CEFR level, their daily practice streak, scheduled exams, and who has not practiced. Everything filters by department, role, and property; HR downloads a PDF report per person and exports the data to CSV for corporate.
Does HR have to request reports from supervisors?
No. The system logs every practice session and every exam automatically. HR sees in the dashboard who has not practiced this week, and the dashboard flags anyone who has gone more than 14 days without practicing: nobody has to chase people or build reports by hand.
Is the level report valid for the personnel file?
HR can download a PDF report per person with their level on the Common European Framework (CEFR) scale and their results, useful for the personnel file and for corporate. We do not issue certificates: it is our measurement, not an official exam. It does not equal or replace Cambridge, Trinity, Aptis or TOEFL, and should not be presented as such in a visa or immigration process. For the employee it is an objective record of their level and their progress.
