Does this work for staff whose first language is not Spanish?
Less well. The instruction and coaching are in Spanish, so Spanish-speaking employees get the full benefit. For others it is a partial fit, and we would rather be clear about that.
Can we pause for the winter?
Yes, if the property genuinely slows or closes. Levels and history are preserved for the spring.
