English for hotel bellhops and valets in Portland

Your bellhops and valets practice exactly what they face in front of a guest: luggage, directions and recommendations, with courtesy. Model phrases, natural-voice audio and daily correction — not grammar rules nobody repeats at the counter. The full program for bellhops and valets — the situations it rehearses, the target level and the price bands — is on the national bellhop & valet page.

Oregon's hospitality and agricultural workforce includes a substantial Spanish-speaking population, particularly connected to the Willamette Valley. Portland's guests come largely for the food and the walkability and ask for recommendations constantly. A property whose front line cannot hold that conversation in English has quietly handed its concierge function to the guest's phone.
