We are a union house. Does this conflict with existing training?
No. It requires no scheduled training hours because it runs on employees' own phones, and the documented CEFR levels are useful in a classification or promotion discussion rather than a substitute for anything.
Many of our housekeepers have decades of tenure. Would this feel remedial?
It is built not to be. Instruction is in Spanish, the tone is professional rather than infantilizing, and the placement exam starts each person where they actually are.
