Your servers and bartenders practice exactly what they face in front of a guest: taking the order, describing the menu and handling allergies. Model phrases, natural-voice audio and daily correction — not grammar rules nobody repeats at the counter. Las Vegas resorts employ enormous Spanish-speaking workforces in housekeeping, stewarding, food service, laundry and facilities, much of it unionized with real, structured promotion ladders. English proficiency is frequently the practical difference between a back-of-house classification and a guest-facing one that pays more and tips.
