Our turnover is high because of housing. Does that make training pointless?
It makes per-seat pricing pointless, which is why we do not use it. Your invoice does not change when someone leaves, and a new hire takes the free placement exam and starts immediately rather than waiting for a cohort.
Can staff practice without reliable internet at the property?
Practice is designed for a phone on cellular data and uses very little of it. Employees do it on their commute or before a shift, not on hotel wifi.
